Bookkeeper / Office Manager Belfast (BT3) Salary c.£30K FTE DOE Mc Kinty Associates are pleased to be working on behalf of a client with an immediate need for an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Manager to join their team on a Part-time basis.

It is envisaged that the hours will be but this may fluctuate slightly.

Main duties will include: Sales Ledger Purchase Ledger Bank reconciliations Vat returns Payroll Perform general administrative duties Eligibility criteria: Previous relevant experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role Proficiency in accounting software (Sage 50) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications Knowledge of financial procedures and record keeping Excellent numerical and analytical skills High attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Applications for this role will be considered immediately with a view to placing the right individual ASAP, so please register your interest early.
