Restaurant Manager/Supervisor
Location: Belfast BT15 Salary: c.£28K - £30K DOE Mc Kinty Associates are delighted to be working with client who have an immediate need for an experienced Restaurant Manager/Supervisor.
The ideal candidate will oversee all daily front-of-house operations of the club's bar, restaurant, and private events business.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance high-standard everyday dining with large-scale private functions.
You will be responsible for driving financial profitability, managing stock control, leading a passionate hospitality team, and ensuring a welcoming, premium experience for members and guests.
The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in bar management, be comfortable managing a team and operating a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
Duties/Responsibilities Direct and oversee daily restaurant, bar, and event services to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
Coordinate closely with the Head Chef to manage menu changes, dietary requirements, and kitchen-to-floor workflows.
Enforce strict compliance with food safety, health and safety regulations, and licensing laws in the venue.
Responsible for staff training and development.
Create weekly staff rotas that align with seasonal demand, scheduled events, and budgets.
Foster a positive, collaborative team culture focused on attentive, friendly service standards.
Manage event logistics from initial inquiry and table plans to staffing and final billing.
Eligibility Criteria Minimum of 23 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant General Manager, or Food & Beverage Manager.
Prior experience working in a private members club, golf club, boutique hotel, or high-volume premium restaurant is highly desirable.
Flexible to work hours as required.
