McKinty Associates are pleased to be working on behalf of a client with an immediate need for an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Manager to join their team on a Part-time basis. It is envisaged that the hours will be but this may fluctuate slightly.
Main duties will include:
- Sales Ledger
- Purchase Ledger
- Bank reconciliations
- VAT returns
- Payroll
- Perform general administrative duties
Eligibility criteria:
- Previous relevant experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role
- Proficiency in accounting software (Sage 50)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Knowledge of financial procedures and record keeping
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
