On behalf of our client, a growing local Construction and Facilities Management Company, McKinty Associates are seeking to recruit an experienced Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the company’s Maintenance Department, assisting with all aspects of administrative duties.

Key Duties:

  • General administration support to team members.
  • Accurate filing, record keeping and data entry.
  • Updating internal and external systems.
  • Answering calls, responding to emails.
  • Typing various documents and electronic information.
  • Reviewing open work orders.
  • Ensure contractual KPIs are reviewed and met.
  • Dairy management of Engineers.
  • Relevant ad hoc duties as required.

Eligibility criteria:

  • Previous experience in a similar role - 3 years administration experience within the last 5 years.
  • Education to include a minimum of 5 GCSE's grade C or above or equivalent.
  • Computer literate - including strong Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Understanding of purchase order processes.
  • Facilities Management experience (Desirable).
  • Excellent administration & organisational skills.
  • Excellent communicator and able to build relationships and rapport.
  • Good numeracy aptitude and keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines and workload.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
