Accounts Assistant Belfast (BT3) Salary c.£28K - £30K DOE On behalf of our client a multi-site engineering contractor, McKinty Associates are seeking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their existing Team.
Duties/Responsibilities: Set up new customers and suppliers Investigate and resolve supplier queries Invoice processing (over 3 companies) Reconciliation of supplier statements Other ad-hoc finance duties as and when required Eligibility Criteria: Min 3+ years experience working as part of a busy finance team Practical knowledge of computerised accounts packages Processing high volume of invoices High level of expertise in use of Microsoft Excel Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines and workload Strong planning and organising skills Good numeracy and time management skills Keen eye for detail Additional Information: Applications for this role will be considered immediately with a view to placing the right individual ASAP, so please register your interest early.
