On behalf of our client, a leading specialist delivery provider working across the whole of Ireland, McKinty Associates are seeking to recruit an experienced Customer Services Administrator to join their team. Working as part of a small team, the post holder will provide support to all staff and co-workers and be responsible for providing exceptional service to a varied customer base. This will be a hands-on role in this growing business with real potential opportunities for professional development.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to Warehouse Manager.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for all customer contacts.
  • Liaise with customers to identify specific requirements.
  • Resolve queries or disputes in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Communicate with both internal and external parties to meet customer needs.
  • Maintain a high level of paperwork and update computer systems with relevant information in a timely manner.
  • Relevant ad hoc duties as required.

Essential eligibility criteria:

  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Business Administration OR 5 GCSEs including English and Maths (A-C Grades).
  • At least 6 months' experience working in an administration office setting.
  • Computer literate – including strong working knowledge of MS Office package with particular experience of Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Ability to manage deadlines and workload.
  • Keen eye for detail.
