Down Salary Negotiable DOE McKinty Associates are delighted to be working with a multi-site construction business who have an immediate need for an Assistant Project Manager / Graduate Project Manager to join their growing team.
Working closely with key stakeholders and customers the successful candidate will have the responsibility for the ensuring all project works are completed within agreed timescales, supporting the team with the delivery of complex projects.
Key Duties: General administration of team projects including but not limited to compiling reports, schedules of work, works specifications/designs and reviewing key documents.
Attending meetings/ presentations where appropriate.
Supporting / undertaking on-site or other survey work alongside the surveying team to inspect and provide advice on the design, construction, maintenance, repair, and refurbishment of all types of buildings and sites.
Developing client relationships.
Typing various documents and electronic information.
Maintain and update systems (Databases and CRM system).
Accurate filing, record keeping and data entry.
Relevant ad hoc duties as required.
Eligibility criteria: Third level qualification
– Preferably in a Construction related field Experience within a construction environment (Desirable) Strong academic record including Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above Computer literate
– including strong Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Microsoft Teams Good analytical ability with attention to detail Creative problem-solving skills Strong Organisational skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to meet deadlines whilst paying particular attention to details Excellent communicator and able to build relationships and rapport Applications for this role will be considered immediately with a view to placing the right individual ASAP, so please register your interest early.
