Salary £30K - £35K DOE

McKinty Associates are pleased to be working with a County Down based Property Development Company with an immediate need for an experienced Assistant Accountant / Accounts Administrator to join their accounts team.

Role / Responsibilities:

  • Sales Ledger
  • Purchase Ledger
  • Credit Control
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Payroll
  • Assisting with Management Accounts and Year End Accounts
  • Ah-Hoc administration and PA duties as required

Eligibility criteria:

  • Recent relevant experience in a finance team (2-3 years minimum)
  • Practical knowledge of computerised accounts package (Sage Line 50 Essential)
  • High level of expertise in use of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines and workload
  • Ability to use own initiative and work to strict deadlines
  • Strong planning and organising skills
  • Good numeracy and time management skills
  • Keen eye for detail
