– £35K DOE On behalf of our client a growing wholesale and distribution business, McKinty Associates are delighted to invite an experienced Accounts Technician to join our clients finance team initially on a 3-month contract basis.
We are happy to consider both Part-time or Full-time applications for this position.
Key Responsibilities: Bank reconciliations Sales/Purchase Ledger Credit control Vat Returns Monthly management accounts Stock Ad hoc duties as required by the MD Eligibility criteria: Recent experience in a fast-paced commercial accounting role Previous experience in FMCG (desirable not essential) Experience of preparing management accounts Competent experience using Sage 200 / other relevant accounting programs Excellent Excel skills (vlookups, sumif, pivot tables etc) Ability to work effectively both alone and in a team environment Strong attention to detail Time management and organisation skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Applications for this role will be considered immediately with a view to placing the right individual ASAP, so please register your interest early.
