We are pleased to be working on behalf of a client with an immediate need for an experienced Accounts Administrator / Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their established Team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Set up new customers and suppliers
  • Investigate and resolve supplier queries
  • Invoice processing (over 3 companies)
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Other ad-hoc finance duties as and when required

Eligibility criteria:

  • Min 3+ years experience working as part of a busy finance team
  • Practical knowledge of computerised accounts packages
  • Processing high volume of invoices
  • High level of expertise in use of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines and workload
  • Strong planning and organising skills
  • Good numeracy and time management skills
  • Keen eye for detail
