McKinty Associates are pleased to be working with a County Down based Property Development Company with an immediate need for an experienced Assistant Accountant / Accounts Administrator to join their accounts team.
Role / Responsibilities:
- Sales Ledger
- Purchase Ledger
- Credit Control
- Bank Reconciliations
- Payroll
- Assisting with Management Accounts and Year End Accounts
- Ah-Hoc administration and PA duties as required
Eligibility criteria:
- Recent relevant experience in a finance team (2-3 years minimum)
- Practical knowledge of computerised accounts package (Sage Line 50 Essential)
- High level of expertise in use of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multi-task, manage deadlines and workload
- Ability to use own initiative and work to strict deadlines
- Strong planning and organising skills
- Good numeracy and time management skills
- Keen eye for detail
