Your Impact

You will play a critical role in designing, building, and scaling AI and automation solutions that transform how financial transactions are processed across the firm. You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations to deliver high‑impact automation initiatives that improve efficiency, reduce cost, and enhance quality at scale.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying high‑value automation opportunities.
  • Translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Supporting the end‑to‑end delivery of AI‑enabled workflows and agents.
  • Partnering with cross‑functional stakeholders such as Sourcing, Purchasing, Category Management, Finance, and Operations.
  • Defining and owning the Automation and AI solution roadmap.
  • Leading the design, enablement, and end‑to‑end implementation of initiatives.
  • Driving alignment across teams, managing dependencies, and making decisions on scope and direction.
  • Working hands‑on with data, systems, and workflows to automate repetitive and high-volume processes.
  • Helping design and implement AI‑driven solutions.
  • Collaborating closely with other product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Supporting testing, deployment, and continuous improvement of automation capabilities.
  • Contributing to governance and best practices.

Through your work, you will help drive measurable improvements in operational efficiency, cycle times, and cost per transaction. Your work will directly contribute to scaling automation across millions of financial transactions, reducing manual effort, and enabling a shift toward a more system‑driven, efficient, and intelligent operating model.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in automation, product management, technology, engineering, or related roles.
  • Experience working on automation initiatives, including workflow automation, RPA, or AI‑enabled solutions.
  • Hands‑on experience with AI / GenAI tools or techniques.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Familiarity with financial transaction processes or similar high‑volume operational workflows.
  • Ability to work with data to support automation logic, validation, and performance tracking.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality, reliable solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced, delivery‑focused environment.
  • Effective communication skills.
