Your Impact

As an Office Services Team Leader you will manage:

  • 3 full‑time employees in the Mailroom and 1 part‑time, plus 1 full‑time Reprographics staff; deliver coaching, mentoring and year‑end reviews.
  • Day‑to‑day Mailroom operations: capacity planning, cover coordination, SOP compliance, recharges and process improvements.
  • Identify risks and propose operational efficiencies to the Office Services Manager.
  • Maintain dashboards, work with the Head of Facilities on Mailroom package system and Repro Print Portal, oversee off‑site storage management.
  • Provide administrative support—external workers, invoicing, onboarding, CAD training, service‑line operations, and coverage for the Senior Office Services Co‑ordinator.
  • Act as Project Coordinator for assigned initiatives and support the overall office service strategy.
