Your Impact
You will work out of one of our offices in London, Madrid, Lisbon, Prague, or Poznan as a part of Optimize, McKinsey's global procurement capability, enhancing and protecting the firm's resources and reputation by making responsible buying easy and creating leading solutions and experiences across our thirdâparty ecosystem.
We are hiring a Specialist for the Portfolio Adoption & Performance (A&P) team. This team is responsible for leading and managing the adoption and change management efforts of Optimize's responsible buying channels and processes.
You will report to the Manager of Portfolio Adoption and work closely with colleagues across the Adoption & Performance team, as well as with Optimize initiative owners and other firm stakeholders.
You will support the design and execution of change management strategies across Optimize's responsible buying processes, policies, and Third Party Management initiatives.
You will partner with initiative teams to drive adoption and ensure successful implementation of change interventions across the portfolio.
You will turn Optimize priorities into executable change plans across initiatives and lead execution, including stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, communications, and adoption tracking.
You will support continuous improvement of the team's Adoption playbook, tools, and tracking to ensure consistent execution.
Your work will accelerate adoption of responsible buying practices and strengthen the impact of the Adoption as a centralized capability within Optimize.
Your Qualifications and Skills
- 5+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in change management, strategy, or change communications, preferably within a professional services or consulting firm.
- Experience driving change management and adoption across diverse audiences through repeatable processes, artifacts, and integrated frameworks and strategies developed with stakeholders.
- Capable of raising issues, generating solutions, and working effectively under pressure.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize them, and carry them out independently while being mindful of the big picture.
- Curious mindset with a demonstrated ability to rapidly learn and apply new concepts across content areas, using AI as an enabler to enhance ideation, refine work products, and improve efficiency.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity by making informed, dataâdriven decisions grounded in evidence and logical analysis.
- Proficiency in generating work productâfocused materials or outputs, including but not limited to PowerPoint presentations, repeatable artifacts, and other written and electronic deliverables.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, including proficiency in presenting regularly to a global audience, and establishing and sustaining collaborative relationships.
