WHAT YOU'LL DOAs the Specialist of External Worker Advisors, you will have a broad and impactful scope of responsibility, ensuring the effective management of Mc Kinsey’s external workforce ecosystem.

Your role will span strategic, operational, and relationship management dimensions, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to internal stakeholders and driving continuous improvement in external workforce processes.

Specifically, you will: serve as a key advisor to Senior Partners, Partners, and Client Activation teams, ensuring external workforce solutions align with business needs and talent strategies; oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of Advisor onboarding, renewal, and offboarding, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and a seamless experience for all stakeholders; and act as a steward of operational excellence, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance service delivery, and introduce innovative approaches to external workforce management.

You will also manage risk and compliance related to external workforce operations, ensuring adherence to Mc Kinsey’s policies and regulatory requirements.

Lastly, you will influence and shape the firm’s external workforce strategy by providing insights, feedback, and recommendations based on your expertise and operational experience.
