In the role of Expert – Network Services and Surveys in Media and Marketing within Optimize's Global Sourcing Team, you will serve as a strategic sourcing partner for the External Capabilities & Insights (eC&I) team, responsible for managing the portfolio supporting client services. The eC&I functions as a Center of Excellence dedicated to advancing client service and innovation, overseeing third-party risk, and ensuring optimal resource utilization.
Your role will involve developing and executing strategic plans, working in cross-functional teams, fostering high-impact supplier partnerships, and driving innovation and efficiency across the procurement process. Your efforts will contribute to enhancing sourcing effectiveness through spend analysis, detailed cost assessments, strategy formulation, requirements alignment, RFP management, business case development, and disciplined negotiation practices.

Your Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 8+ years of experience in sourcing, category management, strategy, consulting, or research/knowledge management
- Deep understanding of the external capabilities landscape and strategic sourcing
- Experience partnering with senior leadership on strategic initiatives, operations, and execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a structured, data-driven approach to decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes, working across teams, functions, and geographies
- Experience with outsourced service models, vendor management, and financial performance tracking is a plus
- Deep entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to execute at both strategic and operational levels
- Excellent communication skills—able to distill complexity into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders
