Your Impact
As an Office Services Team Leader you will manage:
- 3 full‐time employees in the Mailroom and 1 part‐time, plus 1 full‐time Reprographics staff; deliver coaching, mentoring and year‐end reviews
- Day‐to‐day Mailroom operations: capacity planning, cover coordination, SOP compliance, recharges and process improvements
- Identify risks and propose operational efficiencies to the Office Services Manager
- Maintain dashboards, work with the Head of Facilities on Mailroom package system and Repro Print Portal, oversee off‐site storage management
- Provide administrative support—external workers, invoicing, onboarding, CAD training, service‐line operations, and coverage for the Senior Office Services Co‐ordinator
- Act as Project Coordinator for assigned initiatives and support the overall office service strategy.
