Your Impact

You will play a key role in delivering seamless, efficient, and high-quality external workforce management services, ensuring exceptional and productive user experiences. You will oversee the delivery of external workforce models across regional teams, aligning engagement strategies to support non‐tech function talent needs while also providing oversight of our Managed Service Provider (MSP) ensuring adherence to operational governance routines.

You will also be partnering with Optimize teams to manage the end‐to‐end lifecycle of external talent, including onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding. You will act as a risk guardian, ensuring compliance with policies and exception frameworks while driving enhanced customer experiences.

You will collaborate with functional teams and a Managed Service Provider (MSP) to drive operational excellence, enhance user satisfaction, and mitigate risks by ensuring compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements across a dynamic global environment.

Your Qualifications and Skills

  • Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, PhD) or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience with 5+ years of experience in external worker management.
  • Strong problem‐solving and decision‐making skills, leveraging data and logical reasoning.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to independently initiate and complete tasks.
  • Proficiency in creating high‐quality deliverables (e.g., PowerPoint decks, Excel models, written materials).
  • Exceptional time management in a dynamic, autonomous work environment.
  • Flexibility to handle urgent projects and quick timelines as needed.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and adaptable to diverse audiences and seniority levels.
