You collaborate across Global and Regional L&D, People, technology, and data teams to deliver apprenticeship programs, structured curricula, and deliberate practice that drive measurable impact. You operate in a hybrid setup near a listed office, with occasional project travel, shaping scalable learning solutions that align with firm standards. Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and development of learning experiences (apprenticeship, AI-based coaching, instructor-led, deliberate practice)
- Design and implement AI-enabled, modular content and reusable components with guardrails for quality
- Collaborate with Global/Regional L&D, People, technology, and data teams; engage with subject matter experts and senior stakeholders
- Apply learning science, behavioral science, and neuroscience to meet performance objectives and drive impact
- Rationalize solutions within an agile project environment and manage cross-functional dependencies
- Maintain standards and enable scalable delivery across the firm through reusable assets and partnerships with AI
- Balance human-centered development with AI-enabled acceleration
- Navigate hybrid work, with travel for key meetings and program deliveries
Key requirements
- University degree in instructional/learning design, human resource development, educational technology, communications, or related field
- Advanced degree preferred
- 6+ years' experience in instructional content development
- Deep learning science and human-development fluency; strong instructional design instincts
- Ability to see projects within the larger development ecosystem and manage downstream effects
- Experience with multiple development approaches (deliberate practice, ILT/VILT, apprenticeship, coaching)
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills; familiarity with Agile principles; data analysis experience preferred
- Experience with legacy L&D authoring tools (Articulate Suite) preferred
- Experience with evolving AI tools (Claude, OpenAI, Cursor)
- Ability to author, test, and iterate reusable agentic skills for AI-assisted drafting and quality checks
