Responsibilities
- Shape and drive end-to-end digital transformations across business, technology, process and people
- Gather and analyze information, formulate and test hypotheses
- Develop and communicate recommendations to client management
- Present results and implement recommendations with client teams
- Receive training, coaching, and mentoring, including a partner-guided career path
- Support client project selection and skill development with professional development teams and partners
Key requirements
- 2:1 or above in a Bachelor's degree in a technical field
- Experience in a technology-related role or as a tech consultant
- Coding experience preferred
- Strong knowledge and passion for digital technology and IT, plus business and strategy
- Proven leadership in work or extracurricular settings
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels
