WHAT YOU'LL DOYou’ll be based in our London office and will be part of our Growth, Marketing & Sales Practice.

On a day-to-day basis, you will collaborate with colleagues from around the world as well as outside of the Growth, Marketing & Sales (GEM) practice to help leading organizations solve their most complex problems.

From day one, you will be exposed to senior Mc Kinsey leaders and executive-level clients.

The GEM practice works with clients in both consumer and business-to-business environments on a wide variety of marketing and sales topics.

The mission of this practice is to help clients achieve and sustain sales and marketing-driven profitable growth.

Our clients benefit from our experience in core areas of marketing and sales such as branding, customer experience, customer lifecycle management, digital marketing, insights & analytics, marketing return on investment, organization & capabilities, pricing, sales, go-to-market, & channel management.

You will typically work in teams of 3–5 consultants and will be engaged in every aspect of the client project.

Working together with clients from all major industries (e. g. consumer goods, financial services, telecommunications, pharmaceutics, global energy & materials, AI, etc.) will be at the core of your responsibilities.

You will gather and process information, formulate and test hypotheses, work with advanced analytical tools and develop recommendations for presentation to client management.

Your team will help set a strategic direction, develop marketing and sales capabilities, make recommendations on suggested courses of action, and connect their organization to realize the full potential of today's omni-channel opportunities and deliver above-market growth in today's market.
