You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to embed automation, outsourcing, and AI to improve execution and cycle times. Responsibilities
- Oversee Sourcing and Contracts to ensure expertise, tools, and development opportunities for the team
- Develop talent, strengthen regulatory compliance, and partner with Category Management to deliver value
- Drive operational efficiencies through outsourcing, automation, and AI
- Collaborate with PDP practice to leverage industry trends and benchmarks
- Coordinate with Ethics & Compliance, Legal, Risk, and ESG to align sourcing with regulatory requirements
- Partner with Technology & Digital teams to optimize sourcing operations and contract management
- Build a culture of continuous improvement and deep sourcing expertise
- Ensure spend follows a structured sourcing process and realize negotiated benefits
- Lead efforts to simplify processes and reduce cycle times via automation and outsourcing
Key requirements
- 15+ years of relevant experience
- 5+ years as a Sourcing Director or equivalent leadership role
- Strong regulatory, supplier due diligence, and risk management knowledge
- Proven ability to structure complex contracts and manage supplier relationships
- Experience designing sourcing and contract management processes with automation and AI
- Strategic mindset with track record of transformation and measurable ROI
- University degree in STEM, Supply Chain, Business, or related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred
