Who You\'ll Work With

You will be based in one of our European offices as part of our Operations Practice.

Our Operations Practice assists clients in solving complex operational challenges by blending strategic thinking with practical implementation. Our teams develop and execute operational strategies to address critical problems.

McKinsey’s Procurement service line, part of our Operations practice, supports clients with strategic and operational issues such as global sourcing, e-procurement, supplier development, and forming purchasing organizations.

Joining McKinsey as a Junior Consultant offers a challenging environment with heavy investment in your professional growth, providing opportunities to work on impactful projects and develop your skills.

Your Impact

You will be actively involved in problem-solving for clients, including identifying issues, forming hypotheses, conducting analyses, and synthesizing insights into recommendations.

As part of our two-year Operations Excellence Program (OEP), you will work on client engagements, gaining advanced operational and consulting skills through on-the-job coaching and structured training.

Post-program, successful participants join our global network of operational excellence experts. The program includes extensive training in areas such as manufacturing, product development, purchasing, and supply chain management.

Your Qualifications and Skills
