YOUR IMPACT
You will join the global Real Estate team, which manages an increasingly complex portfolio of leased workspaces, fit-out projects, workplace operations, vendor relationships, procurement activities, budget administration, and compliance requirements. You will provide dedicated project and operational support that will be a critical part in enabling the rest of the team by managing governance obligations, maintaining execution discipline, and enabling the rest of the team to focus their capacity on strategic priorities. You will coordinate third-party management activities, project administration, procurement support, invoice and budget tracking, lease administration, and operational execution across key Real Estate workstreams. You will help maintain accurate project critical information, track actions and dependencies, support vendor and compliance routines, organize documentation to be readily accessible across the project team, and coordinate with Real Estate, Finance, Legal, Procurement and external partners to keep work progressing with clear ownership. You will also support recurring processes and platform-based workflows across tools such as Workday, Visual Lease, Aravo, Coupa, and Wave. Your work will improve operational efficiency, strengthen compliance and vendor governance, and enable Real Estate professionals to focus on stakeholder engagement, workplace strategy, and delivery of complex projects through effective management of external project teams.
