YOUR IMPACT

As a Software Engineer, you will collaborate with a global network of technologists, designers, and strategists to help clients transform their businesses through innovative digital solutions. In this hands‑on role, you’ll develop cutting‑edge products, mentor client teams, and shape engineering cultures while growing your expertise across diverse industries and technologies. In this role, you will work hands‑on with clients across industries to bring their digital ambitions to life. You will develop software products and services from the ground up while coaching and mentoring client teams on engineering best practices, user‑centric design, and Agile values. By co‑creating with clients and their leadership, you’ll help build not only cutting‑edge products but also the technical capabilities and cultures needed to sustain them. Your work will drive meaningful change for clients and their industries. You will participate in cross‑functional problem‑solving sessions with client leaders, shape their digital strategies, and deliver solutions that go beyond the product itself. Your efforts will help clients build scalable teams and engineering cultures that enable long‑term success. You will collaborate with clients across industries to turn their digital ambitions into reality through hands‑on technical expertise. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Undergraduate or master’s degree; or equivalent experience.
  • 2‑5+ years of experience developing full‑stack applications by writing code that is readable, testable, maintainable, and scalable.
  • Demonstrated experience working collaboratively with other developers, as well as technical and non‑technical people within software teams.
  • Hands‑on experience and willingness to learn across frontend (TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, Next.js, Tailwind), backend (Python, Node.js, Java/Spring, C#/.NET), and databases (SQL, NoSQL, vector databases, ETL).
  • Experience with LLM frameworks, prompt orchestration, agent frameworks, MCPs, evaluation frameworks, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), including Docker and CI/CD.
  • Strong focus on automated testing, logging, monitoring, and overall system reliability.
  • Experience working in Agile teams, including active participation in sprint ceremonies.
  • Experience pair programming collaboratively with other developers.
  • Exceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English, with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels.
