YOUR IMPACT
You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Learning programmes in the London office for UKIIO colleagues. You will work in the London office as part of the European Learning team who are responsible for office and regional Learning. Reporting into one of the regional Learning Managers, you will work closely with your counterparts in the broader European Learning team and the wider Learning community, including cohort journey owners, Delivery, design colleagues, and practice learning colleagues. Your work will involve pre-planning of Learning programmes, including onboarding new joiners, early tenure and upper tenure programmes. It will also include participant and faculty management, onsite/virtual delivery, budget management, post programme feedback and system updates. You will contribute to/lead regional projects as required and you may provide swing capacity across the region when required.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- University degree or equivalent work experience required. Preferably a degree in psychology or human resources.
- 1+ years of corporate and/or professional services experience.
- Excellent organizational capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion.
- Exceptional time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment.
- Ability to work full time.
- Ability to work in-person and travel as needed.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English, with the ability to adjust your style to suit different perspectives and seniority levels.
