We are looking for two experienced HR professionals to join our specialist investigations team and help deliver high-quality workplace investigations for organisations across Scotland and the UK.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys employee relations work and is looking to specialise in complex and meaningful workplace investigations.
About the Role
As a Workplace Investigator, you will manage a varied caseload of sensitive employee relations matters across both public and private sector organisations. You will work independently while being supported by an experienced and collaborative team. The role is primarily home-based, with some travel to our Livingston office or client sites across Scotland as required.
