Leading Kent based law firm are looking for a private client solicitor to manage a diverse caseload and provide high-quality legal advice in all aspects of private client law. This includes wills, probate, trusts, estate planning, tax advice, and powers of attorney. The team are looking for a dedicated individual who can offer compassionate and personalised service to their clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a comprehensive caseload of private client matters with minimal supervision.
- Providing expert legal advice on wills, probate, trusts, powers of attorney and deputyships.
- Drafting legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships, offering empathetic and personalised advice.
- Working collaboratively with team members to contribute to the departments goals and targets.
- Keeping abreast of changes in legislation and best practices in private client law.
The client are looking for a solicitor with circa 2 4 years PQE with demonstrated experience in managing a full caseload of private client matters. Membership in the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) would be advantageous but is not essential.
