The predicted salary is between 800 - 1400 £ per month.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone looking for a start in the legal sector and to be trained up as a secretary within a law firm with an excellent reputation. Whilst some office experience is an advantage, they are happy to train a straight college leaver with a positive attitude and the right mentality.

The day to day of the role will involve a broad range of secretarial and administration duties including:

  • Typing correspondence and creating documents
  • Planning diaries
  • Organising meetings and appointments
  • Liaising with clients
  • Updating spreadsheets

You will be mentored and taught legal procedures, and your role will gradually evolve over time as you become more knowledgeable. It is important that you have strong IT and organisational skills, but more importantly, a positive and proactive attitude as they are looking to invest in the right person.

This would be an excellent opportunity for either a Cilex graduate (or other secretarial diploma), college leaver, or even someone working locally in office support wanting to try something new. A warm and friendly environment and a rare opportunity to be mentored from scratch. The firm are based in South West London, so it would be suitable for someone living in or around the area.
