An exciting opportunity for someone looking for a start in the legal sector to join a leading London law firm and be trained up as a secretary. Whilst some office experience is an advantage they are happy to train a straight college leaver with a positive attitude and the right mentality.
The day to day of the role will involve a broad range of secretarial and PA duties including typing correspondence and creating documents, planning diaries, organising meetings and lunches, booking travel arrangement, administration and other duties.
It is essential that you have strong IT and organisational skills, but more importantly a positive and proactive attitude. This would be an excellent opportunity for either a Cilex graduate or even someone working locally in office support wanting to break into the city. A warm and friendly environment who have a history of mentoring their staff. Working from home possibility after probation and training.
