Salary: £18 p/h + holiday pay
Location: Central London
London law firm are looking for a temporary legal secretary / legal PA with a background in employment or litigation work to join their small team for 3 weeks at the end of February.The team are looking for a legal secretary / PA who will be pro-active, take the initiative, with good typing skills.
Responsibilities:
- Diary management
- Client liaison – taking messages, dealing with enquires, responding to correspondence etc.
- Typing and document management including audio typing and digital dictation
- Arranging meetings, booking rooms and managing appointments
- Billing
- Putting together court bundles
- Organising all travel including visas, currency, hotel bookings etc.
- Handling confidential and sensitive information
You must have a good background as a legal secretary / legal PA dealing with either employment or litigation work, a flexible and proactive approach to your work, and strong organisational and timekeeping skills. In addition, you must have good typing and IT skills as there will be a lot of dictation over the phone. Ideal for a Liverpool Street commuter. Immediate start.
