Expanding London law firm are looking for a team assistant to provide support to the firm with a broad range of administration duties. It is essential you have at least 12 months administration experience in an office (law firm would be an advantage).

Duties will vary but involve a mixture of supporting the secretaries and fee-earners with updating files, diary management etc., assisting the head of accounts with invoicing and reports, and general office support.

Training will be provided on areas not covered and there are genuine opportunities to progress within the firm as your experience and responsibilities grow. A proactive and positive attitude is essential as our client is keen to mentor and delegate responsibilities to the right person. A very exciting opportunity for someone looking to pursue a long-term career in the legal sector or senior office management in general.
