Our client, a well-regarded law firm, is seeking a Team Assistant to provide administrative support to PAs, fee-earners and lawyers. Prior experience in a law firm is not required however you must be able to demonstrate administration experience in a professional services environment; at least 6 months.
Expected duties include typing correspondence, opening new files, amending documents, conflict checks, making travel arrangements, setting up meeting rooms etc. They also need someone flexible and willing to take on ad hoc projects and cover absences when required. The firm value attributes like positivity, self-motivation and a hard-working attitude and are prepared to mentor the right person.
This would be a fantastic opportunity for someone who has a grounding in a local law firm wanting to come into the city or an administrator seeking a long term career as a legal administrator / secretary. Positive working environment and the firm have a hybrid working policy.
