Overview

This role is with a boutique London law firm, seeking an LPC / SQE graduate to join their litigation and international arbitration team to assist with high-value, complex commercial litigation. The work will cover dispute resolution including banking and financial services, contract disputes, funds, M&A disputes, fraud, shipping, and general commercial litigation.

The firm are happy to see LPC / SQE graduates with no experience, but it is essential that you have very strong academics.

Responsibilities

  • Document management
  • Extensive legal research
  • Drafting legal documents including briefs, appeals, agreements, etc.
  • Preparing bundles/documents for meetings and court
  • Proofreading contracts
  • Other general paralegal assistance as required
