Our client, a leading boutique law firm, requires a dynamic front of house receptionist / administrator to take on a varied position. It is essential that you have previous receptionist experience in a corporate environment to be considered (a minimum of around two years).
Expected duties include:
- Liaising with suppliers and managing relationships with both current and potential suppliers.
- Answering the phones.
- Greeting clients and visitors / performing front of house duties.
- Diary management / meeting rooms.
- Organising post / recording deliveries / arranging couriers.
- Providing general administrative support to the operations team.
- Ordering supplies and equipment.
Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner are imperative. Strong IT skills and a positive can-do attitude are also needed.
