Our client, a leading city firm with an excellent reputation, are looking for a commercial litigation secretary to join their busy litigation team as an evening legal PA. It is essential you have prior experience in commercial litigation work within another law firm; preferably at least 18 months to 2 years. Exceptional secretarial and organisation skills will also be required.

Expected duties will include:

  • Diary management of fee earners.
  • Client liaison.
  • Dealing with client correspondence and emails.
  • Creating court bundles.
  • Amending and editing documents.
  • Audio dictation.

The successful legal secretary can expect an excellent work environment, good company benefits and financial incentives. This is a brilliant opportunity either for an experienced commercial litigation secretary, or a legal secretary looking to move into a more commercial area of law. The hours will be 1pm - 9pm with a 1 hour lunch break, although they are negotiable as to part time hours as well.
