Fast-growing, innovative fintech company are looking for a Legal Counsel, with a background in commercial, IT or technology law, to join their high-calibre legal team. This role sits directly under the General Counsel.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, preparing, and reviewing complex SaaS product contracts
- Track and monitor legal and regulatory developments
- Improving customer contract negotiation process and lead supplier negotiations
- Advise on existing client contracts, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align legal support with business goals
- Oversee and manage external legal counsel
- Advising on best practices and compliance
Requirements:
- 5 – 8 years PQE in commercial, IT or technology law
- Excellent drafting skills – must be able to draft contracts free-hand
- Experience from either practice or another fintech business
