A property law firm near Bond Street is seeking an experienced residential property secretary to provide full secretarial and administrative support to a Partner and senior lawyer. The role involves handling high-end residential property transactions and plot sales for developers. Responsibilities include:

  1. Liaising with clients and developers
  2. Completing Land Registry forms
  3. Conducting Land Registry searches
  4. Corresponding with clients
  5. Amending legal documents such as leases and sales agreements

Requirements:
