A forward thinking, innovative law firm is looking for an LPC Graduate to join their firm as a paralegal in their leading property team and deal with high-end residential property work. This is an entry-level role, and they are happy to provide full training; however, if you have completed a module in property/real estate law on your LPC or gained some work experience during your summer holidays, that would be beneficial.

Full training will be provided on all key duties and will include:

  • Assisting a small team of fee earners with their caseload with all aspects of the transaction from instruction through to post-completion
  • Submitting AP1 and SDLT forms
  • Liaising with clients, courts, counsel, and experts
  • File opening
  • Companies House Registrations
  • File closing including matter balances
  • Drafting documents for trial

It is essential that you have a very strong academic background including the LPC, exceptional client and communication skills, and a positive, proactive attitude. This is an exciting role for an LPC graduate looking for their first step into a law firm or a paralegal with a few months of experience in a local firm now looking to make the move to London.
