Residential Property PA
An established London law firm requires an experienced residential property PA to support two Partners who deal with high-net-worth property work. You will be expected to have previous experience in residential conveyancing as your duties will involve:
- Conducting land searches
- Typing legal documents including leases and sales agreements
- Handling post-completions
- Dealing with Land Registry forms
- Diary management
- Booking travel arrangements
