Renowned property law firm near Bond Street requires an experienced residential property secretary to provide full secretarial and administrative support to a partner and senior lawyer who deal with a mixture of high-end residential property transactions and plot sales for developers.

It is essential that you have a minimum of two years\’ experience as a secretary / PA in residential property law and can demonstrate a solid understanding of searches, procedures, and land registry.

Expected duties will include:

  1. Liaising with clients and developers
  2. Dealing with and completing Land Registry forms
  3. Land registry searches
  4. Liaising and corresponding with clients
  5. Amending legal documents including leases and sales agreements

This position would suit someone with prior experience working in a regional firm looking to progress into London or someone established in London who would prefer supporting a smaller team. The position is full-time in the office, so it would be more suitable for someone with good transport links to the Marylebone area.
