One of our clients, an established charity based in High Wycombe, is looking for a residential property administrator / legal assistant to join their team and manage a varied caseload of conveyancing matters. You will be instructing a variety of professional firms on the charity's behalf, requiring exceptional client and communication skills to liaise with external stakeholders.
A selection of responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out searches on title
- Liaising with Freeholder and Management Company regarding leaseholder packs and Notices post completion
- Case managing the transfer of property assets
- Liaising with external law firms to carry out legal work
- Dealing with lease extensions
- Liaising with the local authority
- Assisting with the management of shared ownership transactions
- Providing advice on development agreements and joint ventures
It is essential to have experience as a property paralegal/administrator/legal assistant/case manager with proven knowledge of conveyancing processes from initial instruction to post completion in either an in-house environment or law firm. Attention to detail, organization, and reliability are key.
