A well-established, very successful litigation practice with international clients is looking for an experienced Legal Finance Manager to oversee and manage the Finance function of the firm. The firm requires someone who can bring to the table strong experience of implementing procedures, training members of staff, confidence engaging with management and external vendors, and comprehensive reporting of month and year end accounts. It is absolutely essential that you have a background in legal finance and up to date with solicitors\\\’ accounts rules.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee cashiering tasks (bank reconciliations, purchase ledger, invoices, etc.)
  • Liaise with external accountants regarding audits and year end accounts
  • Prepare monthly reports for partners
  • Maintain credit control
  • Other finance duties as required

Qualifications

  • Strong background in legal finance
  • Up to date with solicitors\\\’ accounts rules
