Leading US law firm is looking for a legal PA to work for their London Managing Partner and a small team of lawyers. The lawyers will require some assistance but in general are self-sufficient. The Managing Partner has an extensive need for complex calendar and diary management, and gatekeeping.

There will be some secretarial support, but the majority of the role is client management and extensive travel and diary management. The partner is looking for a dynamic, proactive and forward-thinking legal PA with excellent relationship-building skills and someone he can trust and rely on.

The London office has a very collegiate/team-oriented culture and, whilst very professional, is less formal than other larger City firms. It is essential that you have worked as a PA in a corporate or professional services environment (not necessarily in law) and have excellent client and communication skills. If you speak a European language, that could be beneficial due to the partner’s extensive European client base.

Once the current situation is over, it is not suitable for those that want or need hybrid working. Extensive benefits include excellent pension, private health, sports membership, and bonus.
