Our client is in need of an office assistant to provide a broad support role to the office manager and the office as a whole. Duties will be varied and will be a mixture of administration, finance and facilities tasks. Expected duties include:

  • Updating databases and client files
  • Photocopying and scanning documents
  • Liaising with suppliers and couriers
  • Assisting the accounts team with invoices
  • Preparing meeting rooms
  • Setting up equipment and furniture
  • Sorting post

You must have at least six months experience working in an office as an administrator or in facilities; law firm experience is not necessary.
