Our client, a leading boutique London law firm, is looking for an office / facilities assistant / administrator to join their team and assist with a variety of administrative and facilities tasks.

Duties will include:

  • Undertaking data entry projects and updating internal case management system
  • Delivering and collecting documents
  • Managing incoming and outgoing post
  • Printing, copying, binding and scanning tasks
  • Archiving files / retrieving files
  • Monitoring stationery levels and ordering new supplies
  • Running errands to court / clerking duties

The team are looking for a motivated, proactive and enthusiastic self-starter with good IT and communication skills. They are happy to see candidates with a few months experience as a clerk, in facilities or with some office administration experience but they are also happy to train a school leaver looking for their first office role.
