Job Title: Office and Facilities Assistant / Legal Clerk
Location: London
Salary: to £30,000 depending on experience
Our client, a leading boutique London law firm, is looking for an office / facilities assistant / administrator to join their team and assist with a variety of administrative and facilities tasks. Duties will include:
- Undertaking data entry projects and updating internal case management system
- Delivering and collecting documents
- Managing incoming and outgoing post
- Printing, copying, binding and scanning tasks
- Archiving files / retrieving files
- Monitoring stationery levels and ordering new supplies
- Running errands to court / clerking duties
The team are looking for a motivated, proactive and enthusiastic self-starter with good IT and communication skills. They are happy to see candidates with a few months experience as a clerk, in facilities or with some office administration experience but they are also happy to train a school leaver looking for their first office role.
