Our client requires an experienced conveyancing / residential property legal secretary on a fixed term contract. It is imperative you have prior experience in a law firm as a residential property secretary in order to be considered. Knowledge of conveyancing procedures, forms etc. must be demonstrated. Excellent communication skills and secretarial skills are also a must; audio typing, diary management etc.
Excellent opportunity to gain exposure supporting fee-earners dealing with high value property transactions. Contract length will be a minimum of months with potential to be extended. Hybrid working will be made available.
