A leading boutique City law firm are looking for an experienced candidate to join their London office to oversee the marketing of the firm as well as run the office day to day.
Marketing:
- Organise, manage and run events
- Manage the development and maintenance of content for website (including lawyer bios), capabilities materials, legal directories, surveys, and internal databases
- Coordinate with lawyers, and design, print, and fulfilment vendors to produce marketing communications materials
- Social media management
- Communications (internal and external stakeholders)
- Monitoring industry news, website, competitors and updates and coordinating market research
Office Management:
- Manage, negotiate and review supplier contracts
- Liaising with the property management company and landlords
- Training for new starters
- Providing basic IT support
- Manage a small team of administration staff
- Assisting with office projects
- Assisting the Senior Partner with other office administrative tasks
