A well‑established, leading London law firm in Holborn requires two proactive and enthusiastic residential property secretaries to join their buoyant team and provide secretarial support to fee earners involved in the higher end of the London residential property market. Our client needs secretaries who have a strong understanding of all of the relevant property searches and procedures and are happy to deal with client enquiries.

A selection of responsibilities will include:

  • Diary management
  • Arranging meetings
  • Land Registry searches
  • Handling and dealing with correspondence

It is essential that you have at least 18 months’ experience as a residential property legal secretary and a good knowledge of Land Registry procedures and searches, good time management and organisational skills as well as being a confident communicator. Stellar client skills are essential as you will be expected to liaise with clients on the fee earners’ behalf. Excellent benefits and a very positive and friendly environment.
